Every order is hand-packed and shipped from Shoreham-by-Sea, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays go out the next working day.
Postage is calculated at checkout. Multiple cards from the same order combine into a single shipment.
How we pack
Packaging is non-negotiable. Every raw card ships in a penny sleeve, an outer sleeve (such as a toploader), taped shut, and packed inside a rigid mailer. Graded slabs ship double-boxed with padding. Your cards are guaranteed to arrive safe and sound.
International shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, get in touch within 14 days of the dispatch date. For tracked services we’ll open a trace with Royal Mail and either refund or replace where possible. Damage claims need photos of both the packaging and the card as received — please don’t throw the packaging away until we’ve sorted it.
We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail strikes or severe weather.
