These are the terms under which Shadowless Trading Cards sells. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to them.
Condition descriptions
Every card is photographed individually, front and back, and the condition is described in the listing. We grade conservatively — if a card has a soft corner, a print line, edge whitening, or any other flaw, it will be visible in the photos. The photos are the source of truth: the card in the photo is the card you receive.
Authenticity
We deal exclusively in WOTC-era (1999–2003) Pokémon cards, and every card is checked for authenticity before listing. If you receive a card you believe is not genuine, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Cards confirmed as inauthentic will be refunded in full.
Returns
All sales are final. Because every card is photographed individually and described in detail before purchase, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Please review the listing photos and description carefully before ordering.
Payment
Orders must be paid in full at checkout. Stock is reserved once payment clears.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in GBP. Stock levels are updated in real time, but in the rare case a card sells across multiple channels at once we may need to cancel and refund the affected order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch, with a full refund if you’d prefer not to proceed at the corrected price.
