Are your cards genuine?

Yes. Every card we sell is checked for authenticity before it’s listed — we look at print quality, font, card stock, holo pattern, and back colour against known-genuine reference cards. We deal exclusively in WOTC-era (1999–2003) Pokémon, which is the era most counterfeits target, so we take this seriously. If you ever receive a card you believe isn’t authentic, contact us within 14 days with photos and we’ll refund in full.

What do your condition grades mean?

We grade conservatively, using standard collector terminology:

  • Mint (M) — Straight-from-the-pack condition. Sharp corners, no surface flaws, well-centred.
  • Near Mint (NM) — Minor wear visible only under close inspection. The most common grade for clean vintage cards.
  • Lightly Played (LP) — Light, even handling wear. Minor edge whitening or soft corners, but the card still presents strongly.
  • Moderately Played (MP) — Visible play wear: edge whitening, surface scratches, small creases.
  • Heavily Played (HP) — Significant wear, creases, or surface damage. Priced accordingly.

Every listing includes front and back photos so you can grade for yourself before buying.

Do you offer grading services? Can you send my cards to PSA or CGC for me?

Not currently. We sell both raw and pre-graded cards, but we don’t run a grading prep or submission service.

Do you buy collections?

Yes — we’re always interested in vintage WOTC-era Pokémon collections. Whether it’s a single binder, a box of bulk, or a full collection you’ve inherited and want to part with, email us with rough details (sets, condition, approximate quantity) and any photos you have. We’ll give you an honest valuation and a fair offer.

Can you hold a card for me?

For higher-value cards (over £50), we’re happy to hold for up to 7 days with a deposit. For anything under that, the listing stays live until it sells — first to checkout wins.

A card I want isn’t listed — can you source it?

We can try. If you’re chasing something specific, let us know what you’re after and your budget. We may have it in unlisted stock, or be able to track it down at the next card show.

Combined shipping for multiple cards?

Yes — every order ships as one parcel, no matter how many cards are in it. Postage is calculated once at checkout for the whole order.

Where can I meet you in person?

We attend card shows around the south of England throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram for upcoming dates, or send us a message and we’ll let you know if we’ll be at a show near you.

Do you sell sealed product (booster packs, boxes)?

Are prices negotiable?

The listed price is our price for single cards. For larger orders (multiple cards, or any single card over £200), we’re happy to talk about a small bundle discount or shipping included — just get in touch before checkout.

My card arrived damaged. What now?

See our Orders & Shipping page for the full process — short version: email us within 14 days with photos of the packaging and the card, and we’ll sort it.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final for change-of-mind. Returns are available for cards not as described, damaged in transit, or found to be inauthentic — see our Terms page for details.
